SentenceGenerator.ai helps users turn rough thoughts, emails, and sentences into natural, professional English. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

1. Account information — Your name, email address, login method, and account preferences.
2. Generator settings — Mode, relationship, tone, length, and similar product choices. Product analytics do not include the text you paste or generated output.
3. Usage data — Generation success, copy actions, feedback, free-limit events, checkout attempts, and similar product analytics.
4. Device and log data — Browser type, device type, approximate region, timestamps, error logs, and security events.
5. Payment data — Payment status, plan, transaction identifiers, and billing metadata from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Cookies and local storage — Session cookies, locale preferences, and similar data needed to run the service.

Email and Inbox Access

SentenceGenerator.ai does not require you to connect Gmail, Outlook, or another inbox. The first version does not read your mailbox, send emails for you, or automatically access messages from third-party email accounts. You choose what text to paste into the tool.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the generator.
• Generate and rewrite professional English replies, sentences, and messages.
• Manage accounts, free usage limits, credits, subscriptions, and purchases.
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Understand which workflows are useful, such as email reply, sentence rewrite, and professional tone.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

Generator Text Processing

Text you paste is processed only to produce the requested reply or rewrite. By default:

• Pasted text and generated output are not stored in our application database.
• Pasted text and generated output are not sent to product analytics tools.
• Our application does not intentionally include generator text in payment metadata or analytics events.
• When an AI provider is configured, it may process the text temporarily to generate output. The applicable provider category and retention terms will be disclosed when that integration is enabled.

We do not use generator text to train our own models. Do not paste passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information. You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before using it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Infrastructure, database, analytics, email, storage, AI, and payment providers that help operate the service.
• Professional advisors or service providers under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Data Retention

Generator text is not retained in our application database by default. We keep account, payment, security, and text-free product analytics only as long as needed for account operation, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and service improvement. Infrastructure and configured AI providers may maintain limited operational logs under their own retention policies. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Choices

You can choose not to create an account, not to paste sensitive text, or not to purchase paid plans. If you have an account, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate.
