Acceptance

By accessing or using SentenceGenerator.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

SentenceGenerator.ai provides tools for generating and rewriting professional English sentences, email replies, and workplace messages. The service is designed to help users draft copy-ready English, but it does not replace your own judgment.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The text you paste into the service.
• Reviewing generated output before copying, sending, publishing, or relying on it.
• Ensuring your use of the output is lawful, accurate, respectful, and appropriate for the recipient.
• Keeping your account credentials secure.

SentenceGenerator.ai does not send emails or messages on your behalf. You decide whether and where to use generated text.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate harassment, threats, spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or deceptive content.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Submit highly sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful reason and understand the risks.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI Output

Generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate for your exact situation. You should edit and verify output before use, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, or other high-impact matters.

Accounts and Credits

The Free plan may include up to five generations per day. The Starter Pack includes 200 generations, is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, and is valid for 365 days from purchase. Current limits and included features are shown before checkout.

When metered generation is enabled, a successful generated result consumes one generation. A request that fails before producing a result should not consume a generation. Selecting or copying an already generated variant does not consume another generation; submitting a new generation request may do so.

Payments

Paid plans are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices, plan names, included usage, validity, and any renewal terms are shown at checkout. The Starter Pack is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a separate refund policy applies. We may deny refunds for abuse, excessive usage, or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

We own the service, software, design, branding, and related materials. You retain rights to the input you provide. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated output for personal or business purposes.

Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms by changing the date above and providing notice when appropriate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service abusively. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentenceGenerator.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or generated output.
